By accessing the website roniudev.com or using any service provided by RONIU EVENTS AND TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS CO., LTD. ("RONIU TECH"), the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of use below.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

RONIU TECH provides technology solutions (website design, mobile applications, AI chatbots, CRM/ERP systems, etc.), event organization services, and advertising and marketing services as presented on the website.

The specific scope of work, delivery timeline, and cost for each project are agreed upon separately between RONIU TECH and the customer through a quotation or service contract, and may differ from the reference information on the website.

Provide accurate and complete information, documents, and requirements so RONIU TECH can carry out the project on schedule and to the committed quality.

Pay in full and on time according to the schedule agreed upon in the quotation or contract.

Cooperate by responding and approving content/design within a reasonable time so as not to affect the project's overall progress.

Be responsible for the legality of content, images, and branding provided by the customer for RONIU TECH to use during implementation.

Deliver services within the scope, quality, and timeline committed to in the quotation or contract.

Keep customer information and data confidential in accordance with the published Privacy Policy.

Have the right to suspend or refuse to continue providing service if the customer fails to meet payment obligations or provides false information, after prior notice has been given to the customer.

Have the right to use images and information from completed projects (excluding the customer's confidential data) to showcase capabilities in portfolios and on the website, unless the customer has requested confidentiality in writing.

All quotations on the website are for initial reference only. The official cost is determined after assessing actual requirements and is specified in the official quotation or contract.

The payment method and schedule are agreed upon specifically for each project, typically following milestones such as: a deposit upon contract signing, progress payments at delivery milestones, and a final payment upon acceptance.

All source code and designs officially handed over to the customer after full payment under the contract shall belong to the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

RONIU TECH retains rights to the tools, frameworks, libraries, or internal processes used during development that are not delivered as separate products to the customer.

The warranty policy, duration, and scope of technical support after handover are specified in detail according to each service package or signed contract.

The warranty does not apply to errors arising from the customer's unauthorized modification of the source code, changes to the technical infrastructure, or force majeure factors beyond RONIU TECH's control.

RONIU TECH strives to ensure stable service operation but does not guarantee that the website, application, or system will operate without interruption due to factors beyond our control (network infrastructure, third-party service providers, etc.).

RONIU TECH is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the product/service outside the scope committed to in the contract.

Either party may terminate the cooperation according to the terms agreed upon in the service contract. Payment obligations for work performed up to the time of termination remain fully enforceable.

These terms of use may be updated from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page along with the update date.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising will primarily be resolved through negotiation and mediation between the two parties; if no agreement is reached, the dispute will be brought before a competent authority in accordance with applicable law.
